Muscle car collectors Sharon and Bob Malcom of Peebles were invited to display a 1969 vintage piece
from their collection at the Muscle Car Nationals held Nov. 23-24 in Chicago, Ill

They traveled to Chicago with their '69 Dodge Daytona, a 3,600-mile Survivor Car. Everything on the car
 is the same as it was when they received it from the factory. Only 503 of these cars were built to qualify to race in NASCAR races back in the day. The car originally sold for $3,900.

The Malcoms are beginning their 49th year selling Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep products at their dealership in Peebles, which is currently located at the corner of state routes 32 and 41 in Peebles. They are long-time collectors of Muscle Cars. Their collection is stored at their former dealership facilities in Peebles,
along with Mopar memorabilia.
